Do you offer free parking?

YES! We have the use of Malford Meadow. With our investments in temporary roadway, we are working hard to improve the parking experience for you, even in inclement weather. For everything you need to know, please click here.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Unfortunately, due to licensing conditions you are not permitted to bring your own alcohol to the event.

Are dogs welcome at the event?

Yes, very well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.

What payment methods do you accept on the night?

All stands take cash payments. Additionally, card payments are accepted on most stands. Please note there is no cash machine within the village, so come prepared!

Do you recycle waste?

Absolutely! All of our waste is sorted after the event and as much as possible is recycled.

Any top tips for event goers?

Don’t rush off straight after the event! Avoid car park queues and stay around for another drink or something to eat.

Can I bring a picnic?

Yes, you may but there will be plenty of delicious options available on the night from our select vendors. More details to follow nearer the event.

Can I park in the village?

There is strictly NO parking in the village except for the designated car park. This is for your safety and that of our villagers.

Important Notice

Due to the ongoing issues along the B4069 between Lyneham and Dauntsey Lock, we strongly urge eventgoers travelling from the North of the County to bypass Lyneham / Bradenstoke and seek an alternative route.
